October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Enter the "Make a Bra into a Purse Contest" to help raise money for Breast Cancer Research.

Contest guidelines:

• Using a padded underwire bra create a unique purse in support of Breast Cancer.
  
  
• There will be three categories in which to enter your final project: Machine Embroidery, Elegant or Novel. You will choose which category you feel bests suits your creation. there will be a prize awarded to the winner of each category.
  
  
• Although not mandatory we are encouraging contestants to donate their creation to our charity auction on October 20, 2005 in which your purse will be auctioned off with all the proceeds going towards Breast Cancer.
  
  
• Once your purse is complete please bring it to the Calico Cupboard by Saturday, October 8, 2005.
  
  
• Encourage your friends and family to participate and last but most importantly, HAVE FUN!!

The Cele"Bra"tion Charity Dinner and Auction will be held at Cordova Bay Golf Course on October 20, 2005. If you wish to attend please reserve your ticket by contacting Sunday's Snowflakes at 658-8499. Tickets will be available on September 15, 2005 at a cost of $75.00.
